0I
Twice-Monthly Visits for Three Months
Six visits over three months with Josie, allowing for:

This structure provides consistent support during the most critical phase of care – when adjustments matter most.

Steady Momentum FAQs
1. What is the Steady Momentum program?
Steady Momentum is the flagship twelve-week cash-pay program at Steady State Health, priced at $2,350. It includes everything in Steady Start plus twice-monthly visits over twelve weeks, comprehensive ADHD evaluation and medication management, hormone therapy optimization, and integrated mental health and metabolic support. The program is designed for women who want ongoing structured care rather than a single evaluation, and it is the most common pathway for patients with overlapping perimenopause, ADHD, and metabolic concerns.
2. How much does Steady Momentum cost and what is included?
Steady Momentum costs $2,350 cash-pay and includes the full Steady Start evaluation plus six visits over twelve weeks, ADHD diagnosis and medication management, hormone therapy titration, mental health support, and metabolic care. Add-ons include the GLP-1 program (starting at $239/month) and the Precision Health Program ($2495) that includes micronutrient testing, genetic testing for hormone and histamine testing and food tolerance testing. The fee covers all clinical visits but not the cost of prescription medications, which are billed separately by the pharmacy.
3. How is Steady Momentum different from just doing Steady Start twice?
Steady Start is built for diagnosis and a one-time plan; Steady Momentum is built for titration. Hormone therapy, ADHD medication, and GLP-1 dosing rarely land at the right level on the first try, and Steady Momentum’s twice-monthly cadence is structured specifically to adjust dose, switch formulations, and respond to side effects in real time. Two Steady Start cycles would cost more, take longer, and lack the continuous medication-management framework that Steady Momentum provides.
4. Is Steady Momentum a good fit if I just want hormone therapy?
Steady Momentum is the right fit for women who want hormone therapy managed carefully over time, especially if there are co-existing concerns like ADHD, mood changes, sleep disruption, or metabolic resistance. Women who only want a single hormone therapy prescription with minimal follow-up are usually better served by Insurance-Based Care in Oregon or Washington, which provides individual visits without the twelve-week program structure or the integrated ADHD and metabolic components.
5. Does Steady Momentum include GLP-1 medication?
GLP-1 medication is not included in the $2,350 Steady Momentum fee, but the program is designed to integrate GLP-1 care as an add-on starting at $239/month through EllieMD. This pathway is common for women whose evaluation reveals insulin resistance or metabolic dysfunction. The Steady Momentum nurse practitioner coordinates with the GLP-1 provider so hormone therapy, ADHD treatment, and metabolic medication are managed as one plan rather than three disconnected prescriptions.
6. Can I do Steady Momentum if I live outside Oregon and Washington?
Steady Momentum is a cash-pay medical program, so it requires the patient to be located in a state where the nurse practitioner is licensed. Steady State Health currently provides medical care, including hormone therapy and ADHD prescriptions, only in Oregon and Washington. Women outside those states can access non-medical coaching and the free MenoMIND diet guide, but cannot enroll in Steady Momentum until additional state licensure is in place.
7. What happens after the twelve weeks of Steady Momentum end?
After the twelve weeks of Steady Momentum, patients can transition to a monthly membership for $199 per month. Steady State Health does not auto-renew the program, and patients are not committed to ongoing monthly fees unless they explicitly opt into one of the continuation pathways.
