1. Do you take insurance?
Yes, for single-issue visits such as ADHD care, hormone therapy, or general medical care. Packages and coaching services are self-pay only.
2. What’s the difference between a package and à la carte visit?
À la carte visits are one-time appointments (30 or 60 minutes). Packages include labs, follow-ups, messaging, and ongoing support for a more comprehensive approach.
3. Do you see patients outside of Oregon and Washington?
Medical care is limited to Oregon and Washington residents. Coaching packages, however, are available to clients anywhere in the U.S.
4. What’s included in the initial appointment?
Your first visit is a deep dive into your health history, labs, and goals. You’ll walk away with a personalized care plan and options for next steps.
5. What types of health concerns do you treat?
We specialize in midlife women’s health, hormone therapy, ADHD, metabolic health, and dysautonomia. We also provide general medical support.
6. How do I schedule an appointment?
- Insurance or cash visits: book in Holly
- Discovery call: schedule through Calendly
- Packages: purchase first, then schedule through Holly
- Coaching: purchase and you’ll be redirected to scheduling
7. Do you prescribe medication?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. This may include ADHD medications, hormone therapy, or metabolic treatments like GLP-1s.
8. What labs do you offer?
We can order comprehensive labs for hormones, metabolism, inflammation, heart health, and more. Insurance or cash-pay options available.
9. What’s your refund policy?
Packages must be canceled at least 24 hours before your first appointment for a refund. If labs have already been ordered and resulted, lab costs will be deducted. Once care begins, packages are non-refundable.
10. How do coaching sessions work?
Coaching sessions are non-medical and focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and health strategies. You’ll receive recommendations you can share with your local provider.
