From here, we’ll talk through which path fits where you are right now. No pressure, no cookie-cutter packages, just the next right step for you.

Available to patients in Oregon and Washington. Labs, when needed, are ordered separately and can be billed to insurance or paid out of pocket.

A comprehensive introduction to care: an advanced hormone panel and lab testing, a thorough look at your history, hormones, metabolism, and focus, and a follow-up visit to review your results. You’ll finish Steady Start with a clear, personalized plan in hand — one you can take and implement with your own provider, or continue with us here at Steady State Health.

Steady Momentum
Three Months of Continued Care
Advanced genetic, hormone, and cellular testing to uncover root causes of fatigue, brain fog, hormone imbalance, and metabolic issues, including nutrigenetic DNA testing, cellular micronutrient testing, and genetic hormone, methylation, and histamine pathway mapping. Includes a personalized report and a one-hour consultation.
Best for: Women who want the full picture and the deepest level of personalization we offer.

Genetic Testing
Standalone product
Advanced genetic testing — including nutrigenetic DNA and genetic hormone, methylation, and histamine pathway mapping — to understand how your body processes hormones, nutrients, mood, and energy at the DNA level. Ordered on its own or alongside any program; it is never bundled into a tier. Included as part of Precision Health.
Insurance-Based Care
Billed through insurance — Oregon and Washington only
Personalized, root-cause care for perimenopause, menopause, ADHD, metabolic health, and mental health, delivered through individual visits that follow the same structured path as our programs. Includes ongoing care with plan adjustments over time and medication management for hormone, ADHD, metabolic, and mental health needs.
Labs are billed to insurance. Patients are responsible for copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Enhanced Support Program — $99/month Add messaging between visits, extended appointments, nutrition and exercise guidance, and priority scheduling.
Coaching Available Nationwide
Non-medical coaching focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and health strategy. You’ll get recommendations you can put to use and share with your local provider. Available to clients anywhere in the U.S.

Every plan here is personalized, so the right investment depends on what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all package. We’ll walk through the specifics together at your initial visit, once we understand your situation. Self-pay patients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before care begins.
