Most standard labs tell you whether something is critically wrong. This level of testing tells you why you don't feel like yourself even when everything appears normal.
Comprehensive Lab Panel Add-On
Why Standard Labs Often Miss the Full Picture

Comprehensive Lab Panel FAQs
1. What is the Comprehensive Lab Panel add-on?
The Comprehensive Lab Panel is a $429 cash-pay lab add-on at Steady State Health that covers over 140 biomarkers, including advanced lipids, nutrients, thyroid antibodies, insulin, cortisol, and inflammation markers. It is available inside the Precision Health program or as a standalone add-on. The panel is designed to give a deeper picture than a typical primary care lab order, especially for women whose symptoms do not match their standard test results.
2. What does the Comprehensive Lab Panel test for?
The Comprehensive Lab Panel covers four major categories: hormone evaluation including estrogen, cortisol, insulin sensitivity, and thyroid; and metabolic and inflammation markers. The full list runs to more than 140 biomarkers, and Steady State Health provides the full panel breakdown during the consultation that interprets results.
3. Can I order the Comprehensive Lab Panel without a Steady State Health program?
The Comprehensive Lab Panel is sold as an add-on, which means it requires an active visit or program at Steady State Health to interpret results — typically Precision Health, Steady Momentum, or an insured appointment in Oregon and Washington. The lab itself can be ordered for women in any state, but interpretation and clinical action on the results require the patient to be in a state where Steady State Health is licensed for medical care.
4. How does the Comprehensive Lab Panel compare to labs ordered by my primary care provider?
Standard primary care labs typically include a lipid panel, basic metabolic panel, thyroid stimulating hormone, and sometimes hemoglobin A1c — perhaps fifteen to twenty markers. The Steady State Health Comprehensive Lab Panel covers more than 140 markers, including advanced lipid subfractions, hormones, thyroid antibodies, insulin and cortisol, and micronutrients. The depth makes it more useful for women whose symptoms persist despite normal-looking primary care results.
5. Is the Comprehensive Lab Panel covered by insurance?
No. The $429 Comprehensive Lab Panel is cash-pay only and is not billed to insurance. The fee is fixed regardless of whether the panel is ordered inside Precision Health or as a standalone add-on. Patients in Oregon and Washington who want some labs billed to insurance can use Insurance-Based Care, where standard labs are billed to insurance and the patient is responsible for copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
