Your first step toward personalized, organized healthcare.

Comprehensive Health Assessment

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by fatigue, brain fog, ADHD symptoms, hormonal changes, weight concerns, or simply know something isn’t right, this is where we begin.

During this visit, we listen deeply. We’ll take the time to understand your health story, connect the dots, and create a clear path forward.

During Your Assessment, We Will:

Listen to your story and understand your symptoms, concerns, and health goals.

Review your medical history, medications, supplements, and any previous laboratory or diagnostic testing.

Identify your highest priorities and determine which concerns should be addressed first.

Evaluate whether additional testing may help provide greater clarity and guide treatment.

Develop an initial strategy and outline the most appropriate next steps for your care.

Recommend the care pathway that best fits your goals, whether that’s continued insurance-based care, Steady Start, Steady Momentum, advanced testing, or specialty referral.

Our Promise

We listen deeply. We connect the dots. We create a plan.

This isn’t a rushed appointment focused on one symptom—it’s a comprehensive conversation designed to help you understand the bigger picture and confidently decide what comes next.

02

Advanced laboratory or diagnostic testing recommendations (as needed)

03

At your final visit, we’ll review your complete health plan together and discuss the best path forward – whether that’s continuing with Steady Momentum for ongoing support or implementing your plan with your primary care provider.

Outcome: You’ll leave with a clear roadmap and confidence in your next steps.

Comprehensive Health Assessment FAQs

1. What is a Comprehensive Health Assessment?

A Comprehensive Health Assessment at Steady State Health is a thorough initial visit designed to understand your full health picture. We review your symptoms, medical history, medications, labs, and health goals to create a clear, personalized plan for what comes next.

This visit is a good fit for women experiencing fatigue, brain fog, hormonal changes, ADHD symptoms, or weight concerns who want real answers and a structured path forward. It is also a strong starting point for anyone who feels like something is off but has not been able to get clarity from previous providers.

During your assessment, Josie will listen to your health story, review your history and any previous testing, identify your highest priorities, and outline the most appropriate next steps. You will leave with an initial strategy and a clear recommendation for your care pathway.

The assessment is a dedicated visit designed to go deeper than a standard appointment. It is not a rushed 10-minute visit. You will have time to share your full story and get real answers.

The assessment is $160 self-pay. If you enroll in Steady Start following your visit, the $160 is credited toward your program. Patients with in-network insurance coverage may be able to use their benefits instead of paying out of pocket.

It helps to have a list of your current medications and supplements, any recent lab results or diagnostic testing, and a general sense of your top health concerns. The more context you can bring, the more we can accomplish together in your visit.
