Using Insurance
If you plan to use insurance for your visits, book directly through our scheduling system. We accept most major insurance plans for care in OR and WA.
- Initial visits are up to 30 minutes
- Labs and testing ordered at intake when appropriate
- Clear treatment plan provided at your first appointment
Patients must be located in Oregon or Washington at time of care. Medicare and Oregon Medicaid not accepted.

If you are enrolling in one of our cash pay programs, complete your purchase through the Stripe link on the programs page and then you will be directed to schedule your first appointment.
